Hypnotherapy is the practice of bringing the conscious mind into a deeper relaxed state, so that the mind can release unwanted feelings, thoughts and behavioural patterns. The sensation experienced is like that of daydreaming or meditation.

You are fully in control when under hypnosis.

Sharon is passionate about helping people live the life they want to lead and would love to work with you to help get rid of all any ‘unwanted baggage’ that’s been weighing you down!

Sharon believes we are all carrying around our own emotional baggage caused by experiences and events that have happened to us even as far back as childhood, though we may not always be aware why we feel the way we do, but if those feelings and beliefs are effecting your life in a negative way and stopping you from doing the things you want to do, then through hypnotherapy you can immediately start to feel better.


 Sharon specialises in helping people manage:

She uses an integrative approach to therapy which means that she can combine several techniques including life coaching, CBT and NLP to suit your individual needs.


Sharon has previously worked in the field of mental health for more than 12 years, completing her level 2 and 3 in counselling, she has worked for several charities in London and Kent, where her roles included setting up and managing mental well-being projects.


In Sharon’s spare time she loves reading, being in nature, hiking and wild swimming.
